Acoustic panels, architectural panels, millwork and high-end cabinetry, as well as doors, furniture and store fixtures. Also a good choice for musical instruments.

Properties

Amara Ebony wood veneer has streks of peach or pink. More brown tones are in Black Ebony.

Machining

Despite its extreme hardness Ebony is not particularly difficult to work.

Finishing

Due to its decoretaive marking, silky luster or polished surfaces are to be recommended and these finishes take without any great difficulty.
